Yeah because a bunch of rich expats are a great representation of an entire country and a millenia old culture
Yep... she didn’t really say what she would do. She brings up a lot of good points, like many politicians do, but stops short of a plan.
With that reasoning, you wouldn't have taken Bin Laden out either. There is always someone, but this guy was the mastermind behind a lot of terror and war. Maybe. Certainly didn't hurt them that one of the stalwarts of the current terror regime is gone. Depends. If "one of Germany's leading political figures" were Hitler, it would probably be a good thing.
Nothing except there are several Iranians that I would have done the same thing to that Trump has done
By any legal definition this action by the US and Trump was an act of international terrorism. One terrorist act does not justify a terrorist act in response, but the Iranians or the Iraqis for sure would be acting similarly if they killed Dubya or Cheney or Rumsfeld or one of our top general when they were in an airport in Paris for example. The means of doing so whether by poison or a car bomb would make no difference. Most Americans are too dumb, brainwashed or morally uniformed to recognize this, but it is recognized by many thoughtful folks throughout the world. Fortunate after WW I and WW II our own leaders even for a few decades largely recognized the fallacy of this morally and practically bankrupt mode of international relations.
Not to put too fine a point on it The U.S. has never forgiven a slight or negative action. Without EXTREME revenge and bloodshed Above and beyond the scale This is a bloodthirsty and vengeful country Rocket River
So forces closely aligned with Iran (but mostly angry Iraqis) make a symbolic "attack" of the US embassy in Iraq, waving their new and/or meticulously cared for flags, but brandishing no weapons (to my knowledge) other than rocks and dung, nor hurting no one. Donald "I don't need a Benghazi right now" Trump responds, killing their supposed leader. (Who could predict Trump would react???) But game over, right? Mission Accomplished! Pfft. These people thrive on discord, as do many of our so-called friends in the region. They're in the business of inflaming tensions. And DJT gave them exactly what they wanted.
No one knew who the hell this guy was yesterday but now if you don't support this you are the enemy. I don't know enough about this to say whether I support it or not but it does smell like a reelection ploy where non supporters are the enemy.
So, who’s more responsible for the defeat of ISIS in Iraq and Syria? Trump, or this guy he just ordered a hit on?
This is exactly why I cannot stand politics but I love the US, and would lay my own life down to help innocent law abiding citizens of this state
