    energy and effort have nothing to do with why the rockets are hated. they hate james because they think all he does is hunt for fouls, Mike D because they think his system is a gimmick, and morey because he is a smug pr!ck that thinks he is smarter than everyone. this is the narrative and only a championship will change anything.
