Gary played 29 minutes. When he checked in Mda never took him out. What kind of rotation is that? He is going to get tired at some point. Whatever. I'm happy Gary could showcase he can play with playing time.
Gary Clark needs more PT. He's a little undersized, but he's better than Thabo at this point and opens up the lane for Russ.
Still needed more Lead could have ballooned in the 3rd and 4th had we played Hartenstein and Clark together . Even our g-league coach knows it can work .
Hopefully this means he wanted an extended look at Clark and has plans going forward for him. But I doubt it...
Glad we closed out the win! Great job House, keep improving and sharpening your game. Stay healthy most importantly. I think Russell has found his role and will see improvment in his game as the season goes on if he stays consistent. Other teams will start using bigger athletic defenders on him like this game so he may just have to adjust or make them move laterally.
MDA is such a genius coach. If he doesn't like you, you don't get any minutes. If he likes the way you play, you'll be playing overextended minutes.

Pop hasn't had Harden, but he DID have Duncan, Parker and Ginobli. What has he done since? So, you didn't have a realistic idea for replacement over MDA. You said JVG?? LOL So, what makes you think HE could do better than .700 and take us to the promised land?

Rockets let their foot off the gas to finish this one. I’d prefer a real blowout, especially with how Miami thrashed us the first time around...but it was a good game! This team is nowhere near it’s ceiling yet, and I’m optimistic about the potential of this squad. I think it’s alright to be mad about certain aspects of the game while still appreciating a pretty good win, so happy thanksgiving guys! Hope everyone and their families are well.
How do you go from 0 to 30 minutes with only ONE player out due to injury? What changed? Gary is the same player he has always been. Gary played the exact same way when Melo died last year and he played great.
