Caron Butler - poor guy. He actually thinks the Lakers are a contender.

Swipe left and view everything if you didn't already.

Lakers will probably win 50. I doubt any team wins 60, so it might be wide open in the West for the Top 6 seeds.

it kind of blows my mind people would pick the rockets over the lakers or clippers. you have to really trust westbrook is going to be great if you believe we can take down some of these other great teams in the west. also to think we can defend and rebound well enough... man its really a long shot. i hope kenny is right though

F Kenny... Sit on the bench while rookie Sam dominates.

If Anthony gets injured for an extended period of time, and history has shown it is very likely, it could get very ugly for the Lakers very soon.

    Wont matter.

In playoff games where most games turn into isolation plays, they have PG, Kawhi, and Williams to generate offense, and on the other end, a combination of Kawhi + PG + Pat + Green will lock other teams on key possessions.

Rockets defense the way it is structured and the way it is run will especially struggle against the Clippers defense. They have 4 players to throw at Harden and make life miserable for him.

    Oh yeah, no doubt.

Lebron's abominable self is also coming off an injured season.

The lakers are hot garbage. I would take us, Clippers and Jazz over them. They have zero depth and Lebron looks done.

Kenny is a sellout. Anyone who thinks otherwise is a delusional homer.

the lakers will be tough by the end of the year. dont make the mistake of judging off of the first game of the season, against another contender. they still dont know what lineups and style of play work for them. lebron looked bad because the whole team is out of sync and clearly they need another creator out there on the floor. they arent using AD right and the bench looked a lot weaker because they kuzma is still out.

anyway, it doesnt matter, there are still plenty of good teams in the west we will struggle against. its looking like we will be a high turnover, undersized, poor rebounding team. we will also have several lineups featuring too many guys who can't space the floor. i just think at the moment we are too flawed to be calling us favorites. it doesnt make sense to me and honestly feels like a set up. they want to hype the rockets up just for the pleasure of bashing harden and now westbrook if they can't get it done.

They are to top heavy. They lack shooting outside of green. They look atrocious on the glass for a team with so many bigs to boot. Lebron looks slow which is a sign of age and lack of explosiveness which happens when you hit 35 despite using human growth hormones for years which Lebron had/has been using. The signs were there last season to but the Lebron groupies in the media were glossing over

again, they team was out of sync. they were unsure of what they were doing. the pace was too slow because lebron was the only ball handler. they need a PG. i actually think they might have what they are looking for in caruso. you can't have quinn cook and troy daniels getting that many minutes when neither one can barely dribble the ball. lebron cannot play PG full time. they will figure it all out eventually.

they made a mistake not hiring ty lue as the coach though IMO.
