It’s an opinion... back to the original point of this discussion, people thought Smoltz was literally rooting for the Yankees. They will also think he’s rooting for the Nationals. Do you think teams should change some aspects of manufacturing runs in the playoffs? Would work better for high contact players/approaches.
Yep that gives me a lead ty That is 100% the song, can anyone locate the video? Google is not coming up with it I know I saw it here, idk if itt I'm not listening to the song until I find the video clip
The song is Fat Pat- Tops Drop. An ode to Houston by a city Legend. http://bbs.clutchfans.net/index.php...vs-yankees-alcs.301687/page-452#post-12658538
Their players seemed fine. They’re all trying to accomplish the same thing as the Astro players and I will say their players showed a lot of heart trying to come back in the series, particularly DJ. Their fans are pond scum tho. Yankee fans are on a whole different level of assholery than any other fan base.
Nice. Should have mentioned how it rates historically. Last I heard, Cole had a current streak of 73 innings with minimum one K (regular season and playoffs). The previous record was Pedro with 40. Cole almost DOUBLED the previous best.
Here we go again...this is coming from salty yankees, fans, press, players, organization...they can't get over their ass whoppings 3 times in the last 5 years...
It wasn't so much that they ran into 2 of the most dominant pitchers, 1 of them they actually beat, and the other they only faced once ! They just ran into a better TEAM.
Does Jose only stay for the initial Hinch speech and champagne dousing per the clubhouse celebrations? I don’t think he drinks alcohol and I never see him after the first reaction. It kind of sucks because he is the man!
