Not protecting your QB is stupid.

So we have another Kubiak fan who rails at BOB's 9-7 but has no problem with a 9-7 Kubiak.

I understand where he's coming from now.

    Gig'em, LMAO

    Alot of this is true.

However the Gruden Raiders would have made a Super Bowl if not for the Tuck Rule.

Gruden's Tampa Bay team played against Grudens Raiders team in the SB, so there's that.

O'Brien made the playoffs with Oswieler and didn't have Peyton. Ive seen you complain about him choosing Osweiler, well im sure he was in on the Watson decision.

People complain about lack of creativity before Watson but hhe game managed his way to the playoffs. Losing Duane Brown hurt but you complain about what he gave up for Tunsil.

This team is on the rise

    Go Texans

Really diving into the roster for this year and the next few, there aren't many glaring holes outside of CB.

Offense - If they can extend Tunsil after this season then your starting five on the line last week is all signed thru at least thru the 2021 season with Fulton expiring after. The WR/TE position is pretty set with some good health for a few years at least. RB will be a need with Hyde expiring, but if he performs he could be brought back or a mid round pick used.

Defense - Reader will be a priority this offseason to go along with some additional depth on the line. Omenihu has flashed early and hopefully Duke can come back healthy. Outside LB will also be a priority either re-signing Whitney or replacing. Inside is pretty set until Cunningham expires after the 2020 season. Safety is set for a few years outside of depth. CB will be need number one, but we did just draft two of them and I'd assume draft at least two more in the first five rounds next year.

Would they prefer to have 1st round picks the next two years, sure, but having Deshaun's protector at LT is worth what they gave up if Tunsil is extended and looking at the lack of huge "needs" the next few seasons. They still have five picks in the first five rounds next draft so it's not like they can't find some talent to fill in the few upcoming holes. As well, they still have money available to extend Tunsil and a year later Deshaun while still able to sign some depth.

Outside of RB, I'd assume next offseason focus will be almost, if not completely, on the defense, especially if the young guys up front on the o-line continue to develop.

Yeah that was a horrible play design. Even QBs struggle throwing the ball from one side of the field to the total opposite. Why tf would you expect a wide receiver to be able to make that play?

I don't try to hate a group of people but I'm starting to form a hatred of people who think Bill Obrien is a good coach.

This is a spoiled fan base? Lol? Those division titles in the worst division in the NFL are so impressive.

The Texans are one of the worst franchises in the NFL. They are incompetent at every level of management. They have a few superstar level players and that is the only thing positive about this team.

Omg! That idiot BOB didn’t challenge the obvious face mask no call against Watson to extend the drive and then he wastes a challenge on a clear catch by the panthers RB!

Botched game management as usual. Essentially wasted 3 timeouts and now don’t have any for the end of the game. Smh BOB = POS

I can think of one big glaring hole and it has a capital "A" right in front of it.
