harden is more or less a small forward that has scored at elite levels and produced a lot of points. Been a lot of low lights getting beat by golden state but if golden state beat LeBron twice in finals then golden state is definitely an all-time great team whose been throne in the side!
He's been the most durable superstar in the league for the past 7 years. No doubt. It's just more weight can impact the stresses on your joints. He might not feel it during his current prime run, but he might feel the effects after a few more years in the league. LeBron leaned out over this concern. Kobe always tried to maintain an elite bf%. I don't want him to lose muscle mass. I just want him to decrease his bf% for longevity.i know it's extremely hard to lose bf while trying to not lose muscle mass. Also I'm sure it would improve his explosiveness and off ball endurance.
He's had odd performances outside the Warriors though especially the Spurs series a few years back. I think Harden can be an all time top ten player of all time if he just leaned out his body.
image hosting don't wanna be too lean for them Russians like jokic and now kawli leonard is back in west as is LeBron, and Anthony davis. Jokic becoming one of my favorite players and definitely gonna be in mvp conversation this season. #100 #BetThat
Ya, that's why I'm not that concerned. He seems to be working hard to get in season shape which is still like 2 months away. I would be concerned if he looked like that at the beginning of the season.
Just a reminder that people cried he was overweight coming into last season before he proceeded to **** on the league all year
Uhhhh? Proof? Everyone should listen to Zach Lowe’s podcast today. A lot of talk on player injury and prevention. And it’s all actually very much researched.

Sweet a sports blog that claims “may be the source” and not a scientific study saying IS “large” reason. Shaq’s ****** got up and down the court for a long time. http://m.espn.com/general/play?id=27576340 https://books.google.com/books/abou...BAJ&printsec=frontcover&source=kp_read_button
You really have some severe reading comprehension issues. I stated that Kobe Bryant himself claims his maintaining of his lean bf% has helped in longevity and multiple superstars like LeBron followed suit. You are being unnecessarly confrontational. I'm not a sports medicine specialist but I understand basic physics enough to understand that more mass increases stress and strain on joints and ligaments. What is your claim precisely? You haven't said anything besides questioning my claims about Kobe? Are you claiming that a higher bf% helps increase longevity? Are you saying it isn't a factor?
Your exact quote that I replied to was that.... “a large part of their longevity was due to their weight and bf%” In reference to Kobe and Jordan as a way to go about your usual nitpicking of Harden. I asked for proof, because that’s just an inaccurate and unreasearched claim. Anecdotal evidnce at best. You offered some garbage to back up the statement I quoted you on. It is a factor. A very unknown one. Plenty of pristine athletes go down with injury young and shaqs of the world play to 38. My claim? You couldn’t not have a Harden nitpick. A few others rightfully said you were worrying about nothing and it led you to make a bologna statement.
Too late, it was posted last week and people got their "he fat" digs in. I did ask myself back then why the hell he would post this video. lol. **EDIT** : I guess it was posted "for him", so maybe he shouldn't allow cameras near him.
