    Glad I'm not there. Done with hurricanes! Very very impressive otherwise.

    I like volcanoes the best. Hurricanes are neat, though. Tornadoes?? Hard pass.

    If you like volcanoes, this is a great vid. Volume on.

    The dark blue line (trough) with the yellow (dry air) behind it is pushing south and eastward. Behind the trough is a high pressure that will steer Dorian North and then eventually NE. The timing of this is going to determine what effects, if any, Florida up to the Carolinas will see. The fact that Dorian is now pretty much stationary means it has lost all steering in the upper atmosphere so this trough is going to be what gets Dorian off of its nearly stationary position.
