Chandler was on the Knicks when Linsanity broke out. Time to pick up Lin as he now has "championship" experience. 1 minute of it
Extra annoying when he gets scared in the playoffs and isn’t aggressive. He doesn’t have the right to tell anyone jack ****!
I don’t think ppl realize how effective Tyson was last year. According to DRPM he was the 6th OVERALL defender in the league.
Not gonna lie.... Capela/Chandler Tucker/Faried Iggy/House/Green Harden/Gordon Westbrook/Rivers The rebounding and defense is better, and honestly have we "really" taken a dip in shooting from last year? I'm cool with getting Igoudala, and if the lineup changes a smidge for chemistry, but that's a dam solid group.
To put it in perspective, Zion Williamson was 1 year old when Chandler was drafted back in 2001. The same draft that landed us the late Eddie Griffin via trade (RJ, Armstrong, and Collins).
He played a HUGE part in Dallas winning a championship taking down Miamis new dream team of Lebron Wade and Bosh. Championship experience, solid locker room presence, player/coach ability on the sideline. I like it.
He can teach Capela you don’t have to weigh a lot to box tha f out. Push those dudes out of the way! Be tough!
he gave the lakers 1 good game last season. Hopefuly that's because they are the lakers. Was pretty valuable a couple yrs ago
Last year he was in the top 40 but his defense from the eye and the RPM fell off. Clint was 46th and Iggy 47th.
Replaces Nene and at the vet minimum I like it. I think Westbrook being here will toughen up Capella.
Yeah , as far as being skilled. Which is what I meant.... so yes I do. But I’ve addressed this as being a good pickup. No matter any way he is already gone. So yea
Nene at this point in their careers is nowhere near the player Chandler is. If you want to provide any proof otherwise, I'd love to see it.
Westbrook / Rivers Harden / Gordon / Green ?? / House Tucker / ?? / Clark Capela / Chandler / Hartenstein Until proven otherwise, I consider House, Clark and Hartenstein to be in development and not ready to contribute. Of course one or two could take a step forward this year, but we can’t rely on it. At this juncture, I’d add one more forward and see how things shape up. Prefer to hold onto our remaining 1st round picks to see what shakes out. Maybe Clark or House takes a step forward, so you can use your picks on best player available. Or if they don’t, you look to fill a hole at SF. Iggy for SnT Shump and 2 2nds. That’s the best I’d do.
