This Cole guy isn't bad.

 

Cole is absolutely filthy right now. Shades of the Arizona game as far as his stuff goes.

 

He's making MLB hitters look silly so far.

Sign him. 10 years 500 million dollars.

 

If the catcher can't catch the pitch then it shouldn't be a strike, MLB wants to make rule changes, there is one.

 

If I'm that ump and the catcher lets the ball hit me for a 3rd time I'm just calling everything a strike.

brantley is the hitter we exactly needed in our lineup. High contact hitter surrounding a bunch of players that like to swing. Why cant Morey follow along and get a freaking 3 point shooter like what we did with brantley.

 

Brantley may lead the team in RBI's this season.

 

I was just saying he might have a career year. Just depends on where he moves in the lineup when Correa gets back.

 

Trade this scrub for prospects and call up Whitley...... : )

Diaz error really frustrating. Inning should have been over.

 

When Cole had Pham down 0-2 I don't understand why he wasted fastballs and didn't work in a slider or any sort of wrinkle.

What error? I know it was ruled one, but he did a hell of a job to get to that ball.

 

Stop throwing off-speed pitches.

 

So far he's 0-5 with 2 errors and 2 strikeouts. Not a great start as an Astro, but I'm hoping he can live up to that reputation as a cheaper Marwin.
