I wasn’t disagreeing with your assessment of their abilities, though I think Ingram can be a starter in the league. I was simply saying the Lakers front office and their method of building around LeBron is what caused their young players to suddenly become malcontents.
Nola needs to wait to see what Knicks pick is looking like this off-season Knicks could **** around and sign two stars(Kyrie &Kd) and trade a top 3 pick, probably 1st cause that ***** rigged, then everybody would win. AD would get two stars and eligible for supermax, Nola probably 1st pick, and Lebron ends up with nothing
The Lakers assets aren't that great. Ball/Ingram are never going to justify their #2 draft positions. They aren't that good and at least with Ingram, I think some dumb GM will throw a max at him.
Pels are playing the Lakers right now. And we love it. But Ainge is gonna play the Pels in a few months. I feel bad for them.
They are going to get Hayward, Rozier, and a 2nd. You can't trust ainge. Is there a trade where he hasn't robbed the other team.
I can see a scenario where AD makes it clear he wont re-sign with Boston and Ainge just bails. He may even already suspect it. He just doesn't want LA to land him right now. He's petty like that. Wild guess. I'm thinking Kyrie sabotages Boston and commits to NY. Contingent on NY trading their pick (Zion maybe?) and whatever else it takes to land AD. And Boston still finds a way to be the better team.
The final best thing the Pelicans can do is that after the trade deadline, they publicly say "Nah we just think Kuz, Lonzo, and Ingram all suck so we didn't do it." Man, that would be incredible.
The season is over for the saints and the NFL. If the owner cares so little why don't they sell the team. Why are they even in NO. It seems like no one cares about them.
