He is at least 2-3 ppg over Ariza's ppg average.

    14.5
    14
    13

The last 3 years, this year not included as he was coming off the bench.

Youth is always important, younger players usually play more above the rim, slash more.

I like Pope, still, not a fan of giving up our 1st for him unless it's at least lottery protected.

    Lol...Pope is a solid defender.

difference isn't that significant. especially one being a proven vet that can play big minutes and win

It is as Trevor Ariza's O is very streaky to say the least, he has couple 20 pt games and some 5-7 pt games.

KCP is pretty consistent in that department. You know what you get from him. 10+ points very often.

and kcp isn't streaky. he has pretty much the same issues ariza does. stop acting like kcp is some reliable scorer on a nightly basis. he isn't

    Oh, is that all?

We should come up with a breaking news template:

Rockets interested in __________, they just need to search for a team to acquire the contract of Brandon Knight.

If the Rockets could move Knight for an expiring deal that can help them more than Knight, I'm sure they'd do that in a heartbeat.

Exactly. He bailed on us one minute into the FA signing period, and for some weird reason everyone thinks he's dying to come back now to play for a struggling team.

Look. This is about us still desperately trying to get rid of Ryan Anderson. Oh, I know. Anderson is not actually on the team. But, Anderson is still here in the form of Knight and Chriss. We are trying to get rid of these guys without having to give up too much. In the end we will have to give up a lot. We already have lost Melton, and we will probably have to give up at least one first rounder to finally rid ourselves of Anderson(Knight/Chriss).

I feel like Trevor would want to come back and play with his bros in CP and Harden in a city that hes been in for the majority of his career.

But do you live with an inconsistent 33 year old on Offense or a mildly less inconsistent 25 year old?

KCP has proven to come off the bench.

The Lakers should have signed a second Allstar scorer, then make the move for someone like Ariza.

    Not the other way round!

absolutely insane to give away a 1st rounder in any deal that involves us just getting KCP back

Actually....when KCP is playing to win....he's a defensive plus.

KCP is the most inconsistent player on both defense and offense.

I believe that Tilman is more likely to include Gordon than Knight.

If the 4th team is Kings, Tilman will not pay any luxury tax next 4 years.

Hartenstein and a second....might carry the same value as one of our firsts.

well the discrepancy here is you think kcp is mildly less inconsistent. he still is just as much as ariza is. the difference isn't even significant enough to really be a deciding factor bw the two.
