Is this the worst game Brees has played since he's been in NO? Also: how the hell did the Texans beat these guys?
Brees clearly rigged this for his boyhood squad. Garrett had tougher decisions tonight than vs Texans.
dominate t.o.p & you can keep a potent offense from getting off more snaps. who knew. Disrupt that offense's A gaps and you can rattle them. Really good game except the officiating.
I don't know a single anyone who picked the Cowboys to win this game. I have to admit...it was an impressive performance for the Cowboys. I'm in total shock at this outcome. I thought it might be a close game in a losing effort. But, most expected a blowout. Sure, Cowboys got a couple of favorable calls or non-calls. But, you can't take away from what they did here. The Cowboys D really stepped up this game.
But we got hit with som bad ones and missed ones. The refs straight trash this game all around. The D really stepped up
This is why I laugh when people say the Texans aren’t super bowl contenders. They have a defensive line that can dominate games, they don’t give up big plays(last week, yikes), and they have an offense that can be explosive but controls the ball for a long time.
Yeah, so is this the de-facto thread for the rest of the season? Cowboys survive another frustrating performance from Dak. I'm very uncomfortable watching these games, thinking he's gonna float another throw to a defensive back or cough it up in the pocket again. D has turned into a legit group this year. But every time I get optimistic, they blow it so; Garrett sux, Jerry needs to die, the O-line is broken this year, yadda, yadda, yadda.
Cowboys definitely have had luck on their side during this win streak. Some of these games...they got a huge call that probably determined the overall outcome of the game. This game...it was the very first play where they fumbled it and Philly recovered. Yet, it was somehow still Cowboys ball because the refs made a bad call that couldn't be overturned based on the replay. And, then top it off with a freak play at the end where Cooper catches a ball seemingly sent tumbling in the air by Santa Clause himself. lol. I mean...the Cowboys o-line was pretty bad this game and Eagles front was beating them all over the place. Yet, Cowboys still got over 500 yards of offense. It's like the Cowboys o-line is making enough plays to squeak by. Tyron Smith with 3 holding penalties. O-line getting manhandled by Cox and Bennett...among others. Cowboys may get away with his now but it's a recipe for disaster come playoffs. Clean that sh_t up pronto!
You got to admit...watching the Pats lose like that was most excellent. And, watching Gronk stumble and miss as the last man was funny as hell. Miami had a game for the ages.
