As expected. But worth noting he can contribute on the team until 11/2 without counting against his 45 days. So that's nice.
So impressed with this kid, I think he has the potential to be the next Bruce Bowen. Great job Morey, what a signing.
In my opinion, he should play over MCW and Gerald Green. So far Mike has gone with... 6. Eric Gordon subs in for CP3 7. Carmelo subs in for PJ 8. (Up for grabs between Green/MCW/Clark) For me, Clark is the most intelligent, and has the highest upside. I'd go with: 8. Gary Clark subs in for James Ennis. So your initial second unit looks like 1. James Harden 2. Eric Gordon 3. Gary Clark 4. Carmelo Anthony 5. Clint Capela With all the scorers/playmakers in this lineup, I don't want anything to do with MCW or Gerald. We need that Shane Battier spot filled by a basketball savant. If he can continue to hit open threes, along with his ability to switch onto three different positions that he displayed in College, I think he needs to be a mainstay in the tricky Harden, Gordon & Melo lineups. We NEED this guy to allow Gordon & Melo to play their games and get enough shots. The last thing I want is Gerald Green jacking in a Gordon/Melo lineup, or MCW sprinting down the floor on a 1 on 4 fastbreak. Gotta keep everyone well fed, especially the top dogs... Gary Clark COULD be perfect for us.
Which one? Gary Clark Jr. Live? Blues Don't Care? Live in North America 2016? The Bright Lights EP? Because they're all right here in my ad section.
Clark is a keeper, he is definitely a steal and is guaranteed to at least have a decent career as a PF backup ala poor man's Draymond Green. He also kinda makes me wish we didn't trade Melton away, it would have been insane to have those two guys as undrafted and low 2nd round picks.
I don't accept the premise that we had to trade Ryan Anderson away. We got two players who will likely not be factors for this team. It will ultimately save the owner some money, which is fine, but that's it.
I accept the premise that Daryl Morey can work more magic with Chriss and Knight, then he could with Ryan Anderson and DeAnthony Melton.
This should drive up the competition for minutes, make practices more intense and improve the overall play.
Wow we are way over our heads raving an undrafted rookie. He will barely get any time imo unless theres a major injury. Is he even the level of Mike harris? Chuck hayes? Cause briante webber and a couple scrubs I forgot from past couple years disappoints.
Putting Mike Harris and Chuck Hayes in the same breath pretty much exhibits your basketball knowledge.
Both were undrafted smh, one of our best. Of course I dont compare them with other undrafted players.
