You can also see somethings in person that are not as obvious on television. The strength or speed of a player is more noticeable in person. For example, Tony Parker didn’t really stick out on tape and then in person you appreciate just how quick he was. Another example was Garnett. Yes he looked long and explosive on tape, but in person you see how quick he got off the ground and how strong he was.
Hopefully that scout's head didn't explode watching Bruno so he can go back to Minnesota and tell Taylor to pull the trigger ASAP
Run it back minus Ariza minus Ryan Anderson minus Luc minus Jeff b minus Joe Johnson plus mcw plus Bruno plus melo plus Ennis plus Chriss plus Clark plus knight minus black!!!!
T-Wolves scout goes back to Taylor saying "well, Gordon looked great, MCW looked as good as Josh Richardson, Chriss looked better than Capela, Caboclo looked like Durant...those are good gets Glen" Taylor: "what about PJ Tucker?" scout: "Don't think he's that good, was not even able to log in during garbage time..." Taylor: "well then, call Daryl Morey and tell him we have a deal, Butler for Gordon, Caboclo and Chriss"
Blasphemy! The three of them combined don't even have the thiccness of Tucker, or the defense, but mostly the thiccness.
I don't believe the reports of the Wolves demanding Tucker personally. Could be more behind the scenes though. I actually think the offer is pretty solid for them, but they are giving Miami time to either cave into demands or find 3rd team first.
