With how crazy this race has been at the end, with all these teams winning lately we still only two teams with a 50+ record. Compare that to 2015 when seven did and the last day decided 4 spots 2-6 and we ended up 2nd due to Spurs losing to the Pelicans.

I’m sure the media will say the West is not as good as before - Kenny already did I believe - but it shows you that the East is actually not that bad anymore and it’s just really competitive out there. Lots of good, solid teams, but less top heavy due to injuries and trades as well.

5 teams are only 1-3 wins away from having 50 games, so it’s arbitrary yet the 2015 season had 5 teams over 55 wins so it does say something.

The West is a whole lot less top heavy, but 46 wins doesn't make the playoffs in the West, but 36 could make it in the East.

it's basically 2 elite (like top 2 in both conferences) teams and 7-8 above average teams.

the west was tougher this year than last year because almost every night you're going up against a team that can hand you an L easily in the west.

the ****ing thunder with 2 all-stars is just 7th.

Miami could have made the 8 seed with 37 wins, Denver would miss it with 45.

Miami and Washington are both sitting at 43-38, in the 7th and 8th positions, respectively. Are you talking about the parity of previous years?
