Nearly 28 is still old when you don't have any experience or networking brehs in the football business and would have to start from scratch.
Taken and adapted from a post I did months ago: Another possibly fun thing is pairing everyone up with a partner, so that you have to communicate and draft a hybrid team together. Donatas mentioned that this would lead to too few teams, so maybe we could then award every duo with two full-fledged teams so that we for example would end up with at least ten teams still. So a rough outlook: First round: Randomized order where the partners/duos get established, for example #1 and #10, #2 and # build a duo. From then on the usual draft. Random ideas to add: Maybe we could also make trading mandatory, for example two-three trades per team. Then roster creation: One rookie or sophomore per team. Rules for number of MVPs and all-stars?
I don't think people here have the time or knowledge to evaluate players outside of the NBA, I for instance currently don't know any college or HS player. People already said that this is time consuming, so having unknown players would turn the time and difficulty up 10x.
