Not even just that, she was in that triangle seemingly forever....with a broken arm and never tapped, and stayed conscious. VanZant lost, but she proved she's tough as nails.
UFC 220 was underwhelming. I hate watching DC fight geez. Snorlax laying on top of his opponents for the win.
Wait what? I'm sorry but didn't he win by TKO? I'm pretty sure it wasn't a decision win. He took his opponent to the ground and beat his opponent to the point that the opponent couldn't get up or defend himself on the ground. Goodness. You must not have seen many fighters in the UFC then if DC qualifies as most underwhelming for you. He might not be getting one punch ko's but he punishes his opponents. You want a boring fighter then go watch Francimar Barroso. As game smart strategically as it was and as good and talented as he is overall, you must have missed Woodley in his fights vs Wonderboy.
The card was boring. Bjj and wrestling are art forms but his ground game is just holding his weight on top of opponents, no advancement, no posturing for a sub, nothing. Just because a fight doesn't end in a knockout doesn't mean it sucked but these fights sucked. Rampage v. Sonnen was more exciting
Alhassan vs Homasi was boring? Almeida vs Font was boring? So holding your opponent down while punching them until they can't defend themselves anymore is boring? Alright then.
Thought this was a pretty awesome video from UFC Tonight. All the different fighters discussing the various aspects and emotions on fight night leading right up to stepping in the Octagon.
Any good streams? I'm not having great luck tonight with the reddit streams. Can't believe this is an actual 60 dollar PPV.
That was the worst fight IQ I think I've ever seen. All he had to was stand up and the fight was his. If the other guy can't answer the call, it's over. If he can, then just throw another leg kick. Unbelievable.
