You're drowning, Purvis. It's real simple. Either expect that people are going to call that opinion dumb... or, if you feel you are wrong for that last-year opinion, just say it. Here's how it works: I said many years ago that I thought Aaron Rodgers would be a bust in the NFL b/c the only time I saw him was when his Golden Eagles got their ass kicked by Texas Tech in a bowl game. It was an extremely dumb call on my part. My 2nd biggest failure was when my wife and I went to a pre-season fan event in the 1990s when we first got Michael Dickerson and Cuttino Mobley, and we met both in person. Cuttino was very outgoing and polite ,and my wife said, "I think that guy is going to be really good!" I responded, "Honey, he's a 2nd round pick. Trust me, I don't think he's going to have much of an NBA career. He may not even be on the team by the end of the year. Dickerson is the one to watch out for." So, I said Aaron Rodgers and Cuttino Mobley would be busts. I completely, utterly failed. See how that works??
I think he left a conjunction and some nouns out of that statement. As in "Andrew Wiggins AND Karl Anthony-Towns......"
Lol, I'm keeping my opinion man. I have to see this cat perform like he's doing now in the playoffs. When they play the Spurs next week...it will give me a hint on how well Harden is doing. I'm not disagreeing with anyone that believes that he is the best at this point but let's see later. He turned the ball over 13 times GSW and SAS in the playoffs.
