when morey signed tucker, he said a huge reason for the signing was for him to play center in those types of lineups vs the warriors

You guys are being purposefully obtuse, I guess.

You know what I'm saying. With Capela or Nene on the floor, the opponents can and DO help on Harden ISOs. With the Death Lineup, Portland was unable to send any help whatsoever.

You know what I liked the most?

They KNEW Lillard was hurting on that ankle and they attacked him over and over again, you KILL THE WEAK - that is what championship teams do.

In my head I could hear Rudy yelling...."RUN IT AGAIN"!!!

This was a Great team win - and it showed killer instinct......we are ROLLING !

Naw, I can't get behind that. Rockets shot a ridiculous amount of fts. I refuse to blame the refs..

I do feel good. The Blazers have looked like world beaters certain games and have looked like garbage at other times. This is the best they have played in a week or two. I definitely take this game as a positive, especially missing Nurk and Harkless.

It seems that our teams always play each other tough. I look forward to the next one.

rockets shot a ridiculous amount of FT's b/c they were guarding us off the arc and forcing the drive from the start of the game till the final minute

Harden looked so damn fresh closing out this game.

In years past he tended to settle for jumpers late, but now that he isn't responsible for everything he was still in full attack mode. These rested legs are gonna work wonders for Harden and CP3

Tucker is a poor man's Draymond. He's not even uour 5th best player.

Paul + Harden = 60 minutes of better-Nash every game.

Unfair REFFING is more than just free throws

Lillard got 2 quick fouls and ends the game with 2
Tucker hit four and then could hack as uch as he liked

D'Antoni Was great tonight. Anderson was off tonight, so he got yanked early. The small lineup was a thing of beauty. Slicen and dicen.

Rockets got to the line with frequency. Without those free throws, Rockets would have been blown the hell out. Rockets were still down 14. The refs were calling the fouls.

I'll also say that while the "death lineup" played well on offense , out other lineups weren't stuggling too badly on offense tonight. Having our D get stops , get out into transition, and get some momentum helps any unit a lot .

Gordon struggling really drags down our normal units and Clint played a bit soft tonight.

Harden was cooking all game , and getting to the rim the whole game . Hell , not having a rim protector in there robbed harden the opportunity to get some and-1's ;)

    2+1 > 2 ... Use your head man :)
