    Article states there is no decision on whether to go for a re-trial. Since the jury couldn't come to a conclusion does that mean the evidence against him is sketchy? What's the interpretation here besides innocent until proven guilty?

    I hope they retry. Seeing as he is a senator, I'd like something affirmative on guilty or not guilty, not just a "ahh never mind, it's too hard!"
