    That 3M is post taxes. It's more like a 6M one year deal in NBA. of that 31M only 5M were guaranteed. So

    Just two years ago, we thought DMo and Lawson would be our main pieces to become a contender. Now they are going to be Golden State ... uh... Golden Stars main pieces, maybe.

    Well, since both TJones and DMo are on 1yr contracts, and the CBA season ends early enough for players to get end-of-year contracts for the playoffs (remember Beasley), we'll have a Watch Thread soon enough.

    Not a bad deal for DMo, actually. $3M net of taxes would be like a $5M contract in Texas. Plus, the CBA's season finishes before the NBA's does so he could still try to sign with a team for the playoffs if anyone were interested in him.

    So TJ contract with Chinese team was biggest ever (2 mill) , D-Mo chase him down and made him obsolete (with 3 mil)?
    D-Mo kinda Beardman only in China.

    $3 million net is not a bad contract. He made the smart decision in chasing the money at this juncture in his career.
