Dodgers. I live in LA and want to watch the Astros play in the WS at Dodgers Stadium live. And if it happens, I hope I make it out alive...
cubbies. NL central memories and they're easier to hit. don't like the doyers at all outside of peyton kershaw
i was rooting for the nats (have some connections in dc) and they blew it. i mean really blew it kicking the ball around they way they did. anyway, now i don't care and will probably not watch a single nlcs game.
that pickoff at 1st base bc of the backup catcher was huge. just terrible iq smh. they had plenty of momentum at that moment
For some reason, every time that catcher stepped to the plate I had this overwhelming feeling he would blow the game somehow. LOL, he blew the game somehow. I wanted WAS though
Cubs have the heart of a champion, but we won't underestimate it. We'll step on it, then stab it to make sure it no longer beats, and then we'll stuff it with 14 day old lasagna from Buffslo and hang it on a wall. A return to Chicago in the cold to reclaim was what rightfully ours to begin with, I'm in. Los Angeles is Verlanders biotch which means the Dodgers will get walked over like a drunk platypus that gets run over by a steam roller. Well peel that flattened platypus off the street and hang it as a billboard on the Los Angeles free way, wehere the La La land dancers can sing and dance to it while stuck in rush hour traffic for 3 hours.
up until last year the best thing the cubs had going for them was that righteous dude skipped school and hung out at the their park. swing batta, batta swing. I want the cubs, but first the yankees.
Honestly think we will be either team should we get past the Yankees. I mean Kike Hernandez was batting fourth today...
The Dodgers are missing their best player right now, and he probably will be back for a possible World Series matchup. Save for one freak stretch they have been the best team in baseball all season, and it looks like it again. Would much rather face the Cubs, but lets just get their first. The Dodgers are better top to bottom, but it's not a big gap.
Assuming we making it out this series, give me the Dodgers. If you think the media's already insufferable with their New York bias and narratives, just wait until the "Chicago repeat" narrative comes in. There is no positive narrative for Houston sports in the national media. It's a bias against the city itself that transcends whatever we do in sports.
If we get by the Yankees, I want the Cubs. Homefield and it is always neat to unseat the current champion.
