    Harden has all the tools to win it... and he can...

    Imo... if his offensive numbers dip - but he greatly reduces his turnovers, puts in a consistent effort on the defensive end (with CP3 to carry some of the offensive load) and doesn't rely on cheap calls (like pulling defenders into him) then his detractors (myself included) will be shut up...

    I don't buy the whole 'media conspiracy' spin...

    James has the tools - just be the overall player he can be (incl defense) and dont worry about the stat line... and it will happen for him...

    just saw T-Mac say that his pick to win MVP this season is James Harden...God bless his heart for believing in something so futile...the media will never let it happen

    There is no realistic avenue for James Harden to win the MVP given the precedent the media has set for him. It's barely worth discussing.
