Its not that im anti yankees. Its that i am anti fake houston fans. If you are a yankees fan then you are a new york sports fan and not a houston sports fan. Why not root for the knicks? We all know it is because of bandwagon culture. I respect real new york fans and real houston fans. I dont like fake fandom lol

You have no idea what goes into any particular person's fandom. Feel free to make your assumptions though as they have no impact on my multi-decade enjoyment of the Yankees.
From my perspective, true fans root for the city more than the franchise. Thats why I believe true fans never root for multiple different cities. If you have a different perspective thats fine, but it wont stop me from coming after you this series or when you are posting pro rockets anti knicks/nets stuff in the garm

I just think people who werent born and raised in houston dont understand what its like to be a true fan and embrace the entire city since you were a little kid. Not throwing shade at the people who grow up in hick cities with no pro sports so they picked and choosed each one from different cities based on other factors (team colors, success, copying friends/family). I just think they will never understand whats its like to fully embrace the city.
