From transcripts of calls Trump had with a few global leaders, here's an interesting excerpt of a challenging conversation with Australia's PM Malcolm Turnbull (historically one of our closest allies)...
trump just called out congress for the "all time low" relations with glorious soviet union. on those conversations are those real? He spends 90% of the time telling nieto how he won states that had never been won before. i can no longer tell real life from satire.
Hard to imagine a U.S. president siding with Russians over the legislative body of the United States, but here we are...
"Tough guy" Trump... US to respond to Russia by Sept. 1 on expulsion of diplomats http://thehill.com/homenews/adminis...spond-by-sept-1-after-russia-expels-diplomats
I am sure Putin and friends are "seriously" shaking from the "serious" warning (and stern looks) they received from Tillerson and trump. Heck... the trump hasn't even had any response yet to Russia kicking out American diplomats last month. But wait... doesn't Trump question whether Russia even meddled? Tillerson: Russian election meddling 'created serious mistrust' http://thehill.com/policy/national-...ion-meddling-created-serious-mistrust-between
Um, do you think Trump is simply trying to look tough? Putin must have laughed hard at that thought. That's a good question... is Trump that stupid? Gosh, if I have to even ask myself that...
And republicans complain about the U.S. media of picking the worst images of Trump to make him look bad...
Trump's ignorant "thanking" Putin gets a reaction... from U.S. diplomats (past and present). 'Really quite sad': Diplomats react to Trump thanking Putin for expelling US embassy workers http://abcnews.go.com/Politics/sad-...thanking-putin-expelling-us/story?id=49148226
Now Trump and his spin crew is saying Trump was being "sarcastic" when he thanked Putin for expelling hundreds of US diplomats. This comes after a day of criticism for the ignorant comment. Even *if* one believes this new spin that Trump meant it to be sarcastic, why would he even create a such a negative image? The short answer... Trump is at best insensitive to those that work for him. More likely, he is both insensitive and ignorant to what things spew from his lips. And it wasn't until someone handed him the folder with all the critical coverage that they decided they had to spin it. A small sampling of what his "sarcastic" remark caused people within his own state dapartment: http://thehill.com/blogs/blog-brief...ays-trump-was-sarcastic-in-thanking-putin-for
for me, it was that he never addressed on Russia's continuing meddling in the Afgan quagmire. it has been reported, http://www.washingtontimes.com/news/2017/mar/30/us-generals-see-russian-influence-in-afghanistan/ , that high-ranking U.S. generals have been accusing Russia of providing weapons and material support to the Islamist group in an effort to expand Moscow’s influence in the war-torn country. Moscow is also reportedly involved in efforts to restart peace talks between Kabul and the Taliban, without U.S. involvement. what we have here is the latest eg of Putin's useful idiot at work !
And yet. Putin spokesperson says Ptin and Trump didn't talk about Russian interference... now who do we believe?
"He means it" What a ****ing idiot. I'm amazed by his capacity to still disgust is. Trump as a negotiator ranks somewhere between "lousy" and " the biggest b**** of all time," especially compared to his delusions. Every single leader he deals with completely clowns him - Xi, the Saudis, North Korea, etc, they throw him a cheesy banquet and them go on enacting li, with full knowledge that - unlike in the past under Obama, Bush, Clinton, the US has no ability or apparatus to stop them. It's such a shame. America Last indeed.
