So Dylan Roof wasn't radicalized into a racist murderer now?

What's the timeline on that? Carter/Reagan set the CIA off in Afghanistan to prop up the Mujahedeen. Reagan cut and run in Lebanon when he got a couple hundred marines blown up. Clinton cut and run in Somalia. Bush I and II fought three stupid wars in Iraq/Afghanistan that gave birth to al-Qaeda, AQ in Iraq, and ISIS. Then you have black site prisons, Abu Ghraib, and Gitmo on W's resume and a ramped up assassination/drone program on Obama's resume. Sitting in the corner is the American double dealing in support of Israel and the blind eye the US gives towards Saudi Arabia spreading their Wahhabi BS.

Which of these were a smart move and what terrorists came into the US due to "open borders"?

We get it. You believe anyone who voted for Trump (Or anyone who does not relentlessly attack him over anything and everything he does) is a deplorable. And you still dont understand why the leftists are losing ground in the election or why Trump won.

    Its called misplaced arrogance.

I do not view Democrats or anyone who voted for Hillary as idiotic or moronic. I don't believe either side has a dominance in intelligent voters. Both sides have their share of moronic and arrogant supporters and it tends to be those who blindly support their party.

Lumping a whole voting block into a nice deplorable box is no different than stating people with a certain skin color are less human, violent and a menace to our society. The only difference is one of these stereotypes are acceptable in todays society and the other used to be acceptable.

Sorry, what were you saying about hippocracy?

What ownership restrictions would stop any of these mass shootings? An all out ban on anything that isn't a muzzle loaded musket?

In case you have forgotten, this thread is about a mass killing that did not use a firearm.

The point being is if someone wants to find a way to kill a mass group of people, they will find a way. Whether its by gun, explosive, poison or ramming a vehicle in a mass group of people.

Guns are not the common denominator. Religious nuts jobs are.

And how many terrorist attacks on US soil have been carried out by illegal immigrants from the Muslim-majority countries that trump's Muslim ban would have stopped?

    http://people.com/politics/donald-trump-refugee-muslim-ban-terrorist-attack-us-statistics/

Are you certain? What religious nuts were responsible for these attacks here in the United States?

I am not arguing against fighting against terrorist attacks... but Trump's Muslim ban is the wrong approach.

I equate murderers with other murderers. I don't give one group of murderers a pass and target another b/c of their religion or skin color.

It's not playing lawyer. It's based on behaviorism. You bring on mass destruction, we go after your family. Why do YOU feel it is OK to do this with people that are terrorists in the name of Islam vs. domestic terrorists?

A significant part of the Muslim world is using modern technology, not to rebel against an uncompromising literal version of Islam, but, to create an uncompromising literal version of Islam.

The question to then ask is, why?

And what is it about this religion that has lead so many to commit these kinds of actions, if that is what has taken place?

You're not giving anyone a pass. You're stopping Islamic terrorism. Go after Islamic terrorist's families might not be PC but who cares we can't fight a war with PC. It's time to get tough on them. How can you stand by and see innocent people get slaughter and worry about offending people? You people are soft and weak,

You are hell-bent (literally, if you're a Christian) on finding fault with everyone but yourself. So, if you finally find the answer about religion that you are pretending to look for, what will be the point? You can more accurately direct your hatred? Crucify the people of the bad religion? The only point of ALL your foreign-country posts is to convince yourself you are better than others.

LOL. There is a big difference between someone who voted for Trump, a traditional Republican voter, and a "Trump Fan".

A Trump fan is someone who will never under any circumstances NOT defend Trump or enable him. We all know who they are here. They follow blindly, and ignorantly with no desire whatsoever to acknowledge basic facts. Frankly put it... they put ideology over everything.

Yes... they are deplorable, and I'm not ashamed to admit it, and neither should have Hillary who everyone damn well knew who she was talking about.

What Trump fans, and even some other Republicans conflate is that this notion that "Deplorable" Trump fans = All Rust Belt, White, Non-College Educated, Low Income voters who are mostly responsible for voting him in office. They use the Deplorable phrase to tell everyone that "Look what the Liberals are doing... They are snubbing their nose at all of you" when that's just not the case at all. Frankly... they are leading people to feel victimized when they are not. Yes life is hard for you, but its hard for just about everyone... Republican voters who aren't rich, and Democrats who aren't rich alike. We all suffer together. Stop feeling so significantly victimized people.

I am perfectly capable of calling someone like BigTexx a Deplorable Trump fan, and saying that I understand why Susie Que, the dairy farmer in Iowa, decided to vote for Trump because she thought he was someone that would look out for them in Iowa.

Although I disagree with Susie, I at least understand why she made her choice, and would expect that Susie would be honest with me if Trump didn't live up to his own promises he set on the campaign.

Stop being a snowflake. You are not a victim dude.
