Actually it is offensive and completely untrue, I like a certain STYLE of basketball - it has nothing to do with race, though small minded idiots try to make it look like that.

I just have some favorites...some white some black.

    Aaron Brooks
    DMo
    Von Wafer
    Shane Battier
    Luis Scola
    Troy Daniels

Just to name a few - I tend to look for role players I think can make a difference.....and play a style I like......it is annoying when people throw out an offensive narrative - think of it as this website's FAKE NEWS.

Lonzo Ball is the combination of Magic Johnson (passing skill), Kawhi Leonard (quiet demeanor), and Kevin Martin (weird shooting form but surprisingly accurate).

If passing big-men is your thing than Nikola Jokic is your guy. Dude drops some serious dimes.

I don't believe that mess about Dwight (and similar players) shooting 85% or whatever in practices. Unless there surfaces video evidence of it with him taking at least 20+ shots consecutively (or maybe 10+ if he makes all of them, all about probabilities), I'll probably never believe it.

I feel like it's just PR to cover certain player's asses. Have any teammates even corroborated this stuff in live interviews before? I feel like I've only ever heard it form play-by-play guys.

    Here you go:

You can also see him knocking down 3s with great percentage at the end of the first video, Dwight is a tremendous shooter in practice and somehow completely goes blank in-game. Same with Rubio, Rondo, etc.

I think a lot of big men in the NBA are talented enough to shoot from long range.

I think it is game mentality and the right shooting form that allow some to shine.

People won't trust Dwight from the 3pt line and removing him from the paint is a huge advantage for the opponent team.

Making FTs in late game situations is all mental as well.

flare: a sudden brief burst of bright flame or light; a gradual widening, especially of a skirt or pants.

Harden throws nice flair passes on Ryno's flare cuts.

I watched the first few mins of the first video and the whole second video, but I never saw him make more than like five in a row without a cut. Plus, that was a lot of trainers surrounding him with equipment, but still admittedly more evidence than I was expecting.

Maybe one problem is that they're never at the line long enough to get in a rhythm during a game. I don't think I believe that pro athletes get scared in game situations like that. Otherwise I doubt they ever would have made it that far in the first place.
