I've heard the Cooper's there has dropped off some, but I haven't stopped there in a couple of years. I'll make the run up there one of these days and report back. Yeah, I looked. Figures he lives in Horseshoe Bay, I'll look for him around town during his lengthy unemployment.

Number of reasons. Rhule is a minister's son. Super religious type seemingly.. felt "compelled to come to Baylor" or something along those lines. Money talks too I'm sure. 7 years.. yearly range is still unconfirmed. He also said that he wanted to be in best HS football state. Tom Herman and Rhule are close friends supposedly fwiw Link below to watch presser. Third video down. Great stuff https://spark.adobe.com/page/J8LKG64vHfHyh/

http://sports.yahoo.com/news/baylor-football-cited-for-recruiting-violation-165958822.html Nothing coming from the NCAA
That only pertains to possible recruiting violations. They are still investigating Baylor for eligibility violations on the grounds that football players were given favorable treatment and not suspended for violating school rules. That is the investigation to be worried about because these types of infractions are the NCAA's bread and butter. However, we aren't talking about athletes getting paid. It might harder to make the case about the rule violates. If they rule that players were allowed to play when they should not have been eligible then they could take away wins, scholarships and post season eligibility. That is just using USC sanctions as a reference.
Baylor has gotten 3 commits recently. SMU decommit - Lake Travis QB Charlie Brewer - 6A Player of the Year UH Decommit - Timarcus Davis - CB Trevan Lewis - Houston area DPOY - Safety All 3 stars but it's a start
Baylor also hired 49ers TE coach Jeff Nixon to be co-OC with Lubick Baylor has its play-caller now and Lubick is known to be a very good recruiter. I love what Rhule is doing
http://baylor.247sports.com/Season/2017-Football/Commits Baylor has picked up five 3 * recruits over the dead period. 3 will count towards the 2016 numbers. I say Baylor will have a top 40 class but could be higher. 2018 is gonna be much better. It may be worth mentioning that this staff is offering guys all over the country, which is new to Baylor Update on 01/07: picked up 3 star CB out of NJ: Harrison Hand. Rhule's first OOS commit. RJ Snead 3* WR decommits from Ole Miss and chooses Baylor
http://baylor.247sports.com/Season/2017-Football/Commits Up to 12 commits now and will be in the top 50 soon
Big day for Baylor depth wise as we picked up 6 commits while moving up to #39 in class rankings on 247. #33 on scouts. Finishing in the top 25 is a possibility now Up to 20 commits and also have three transfers.. Rhule doing work on short notice. Recruiting next year is gonna be different. http://baylor.247sports.com/Season/2017-Football/Commits
You can spot him in Horseshoe Bay....I saw Kendall Briles at Escondido country club last July 4th and Art is known to be around there often.
