    They're tanking. Plain and simple. Sure Dirk's out but he's not the elite player he once was and he's slowly settling into that Tim Duncan-past-2-years role. Problem is Dirk don't have an Aldridge or Leonard to rely upon. He has a Barnes and a Matthews.

    1. Tank the season.
    2. Trade Bogut and Matthews at the trade deadline for draft picks
    3. Grab a high pick in next year's draft
    4. Stockpile young and cheap players to put around Barnes

    I'm not sure it's going to be easy to move Matthews. His contract sucks, as I recall.

    $17 mill a year for the next 4 years ain't bad. He's still shooting 38% from the arc and he defense is still above average.

    Too bad they have their pick, it's a pretty top heavy draft. On the bright side, they're paying Harrison Barnes $24M/yr to be their franchise player! Haha.

    - Blowing his **** at a scrub
    - Sitting the team down for a post game meeting (first time he's done this in his career; made them watch the third quarter which they lost by 17)
    - calling two timeouts in the 4th that he didn't have, copping the subsequent techs

    Seems like Rick's starting to lose his mind, lol...
