umm...you might want to include the first letter to avoid any unintended interpretations but regarding his job, yeah he needs to go
Aggie program is totally worthless for a decade, Manziel makes it relevant for a minute, Aggie program sinks back to irrelevancy, fire coach. Solid plan.
I'm not down with firing him. Not sure what's available and you don't want to roll into the offseason competing with UT and LSU. Chavis is a positive. Sumlin recruits well. Just wait it out until you're better positioned to find a good coach.
Sumlin's recruiting isn't even keeping pace with several members of the same division in his conference. Of course Bama, but also LSU, and arguably Ole Miss and Auburn. Sumlin's still living off the excitement that Johnny created, and Johnny was somebody that Sumlin inherited...
Is that the overwhelming perception of Chavis? I've been impressed with the defensive I've seen in most of the Aggie games I've watched, but then I see the overall defensive rankings, giving up 35 to Mississippi State, and then the 23 points by Ole Miss in the 4th quarter, etc...Genuinely asking because it seems that the consensus of Sumlin is pretty clear.
Christine cut, Evans kneeling for anthems, Von Miller sex tape, Garrett #1 draft pick, but the biggest Aggie headline is that Johnny Football is still alive.
Ah, just bc he's in the same spot as the mad hatter was last yr; on the ropes, about to be fired and a "big" win over a SEC team would "save" his job..?
As much as I/fans might want him to go, I don't think he's on the hot seat(warm?) and definitely not on the verge of being fired. It'd be a big win in terms of finally beating LSU but LSU isn't a great team.
Same ****, different year. Same ****, different week. This coaching stafff can't leave fast enough. Oh hey, did you hear Sumlin landed another WR the other day.
