Throw the ball downfield. They're scared to death of the 1st down marker!

 

Looks a lot like Matt Schaub out there a lot of check downs 3-4 yard pass plays. I don't know where the great speed is we have picked up. Miller looks good running out of the backfield tho.

 

Hoyer like would be getting sacked on 4th and 3 after holding the ball too long and fumbling the ball when he's hit. I'll take a pass that just wasn't caught over that any day.

 

Brock needs another series. Not impressed with him or the play calling so far.

 

They are good. Rick Smith told me.

 

This team is trash.

OB is all talk.

 

Honestly the only thing I'm really mad about is all of the missed tackles by the defense. Everything else can be worked out.

 

They will be good, not great.

 

Every team in the league runs 3rd down plays where the ball is thrown short of the first and the receivers is expected to make a play. Every team.

 

Also, the secondary has been garbage. Just awful coverage most of the time.

 

The defense is out of gas!

D-line getting zero pressure... at least we're not blitzing much.

 

Just like that play, hit in the backfield, but didn't make the tackle so the guy gets a first down.

 

Both lines have struggled for the Texans

Defense looking exhausted and missing tackles left and right.

Texans D can't deal with this pace.

 

Kind of expected both are missing a lot of starters, still unacceptable though.
