    Not quite sure why that isn't considered a 'universal' ground rule. Just had a quick look at all stadium specific ground rules and not a single one has hitting the yellow line being a home run (unless it hits the yellow line and then bounces over the fence). A handful of stadiums have that specificity written into their ground rules - ball hitting yellow line and bouncing into field of play is in play.

    I always presumed it was. It's always been above yellow line or hits it and goes over.

    Ground rules per each stadium can be written however they want, I suppose. I guess some just like to totally spell it out.
