    This really helps us out more than most teams. We're trying to possibly land two max contracts. An extra 3 mil mas o menos will help us fill some holes after depleting most of the cap space on 2 max guys.

    As funny as it sounds yes. Certain types of revenue that a team generates at a game gets split between all 30 teams which in turn goes in to the BRI pot.

    How much of a impact it has on the overall number I have no idea. But it does have some effect.

    I sure hope this ends up being good news for us. Like the image above, I've got my fingers crossed, hoping Dwight ops out. If I grind my teeth much more while watching him attempt free throws, I might have to get dentures, and I still have all my freakin' teeth. I'm so sick of hearing, "He makes them in practice - it's amazing!!" I could care less. He can't make them during a game to save his life.

    Pretty sure ABC shares more with the league per game...and TNT before the Finals.

    But yeah. I'm just joking that 7 game Lebron/GSW series would change the previous projections that much. The timing of the league saying, "Hey, we have more money!" is funny, though.

    Most team got money to throw around this summer. The question is which team can actually offer the best situation to the free agent. I sure hope Morey, D'Antoni and Harden do a good job selling Houston.

    This is higher than expected? A couple of years ago I read something that predicted $94 million for 2016 and $107 million for 2017.

    Won't make much of a difference, if we max two players we will have about 1 mill extra in space accounting the max contract raises.

    Would make Howard opting in look better, mini max's will be 22 mill so Howard for a 23 mill seems very fair.
