I think he's just pointing out that it would be a long time before he can play again, given that he's unable to swing a bat at the moment.

There is no timetable for these kinds of things, given that it's been this long of a time period and he's not yet close.

 

If he is ready after All Star, i would have no problem, until then, Worth up and White down?

I do hear bunting is all the rage with LHBs these days to beat the shift....so maybe swinging is just overrated.

The only reason 30 teams passed is because he decided for surgery.

Now, is there a team with worse numbers at 1b than the Astros? And the other 2 options at Triple A one hitting .239 and the other .215?

 

So, 1 whole team out of 30 was interested in signing him prior to December and now 0 have expressed interest. Got it.
