    Did Cousins get traded and start winning? When did that happen?

    And FTR I never thought of Bosh like this, I don't think anyone did.

    As another poster stated, ZBo is a better comparison. But it took ZBo several years and a few teams before it finally clicked. Will that happen for Cousins? Hopefully. But it's not happening this year.

    Long term? Definitely.

    Exactly what I thought. I never expected Zbo to be salvageable. But Memphis took a chance and they got a changed man.

    They got an older and wiser Z Bo who had failed spectacularly for a few years running both on and off the court. I don't think Cousins is at the point to have the self awareness of how destructive his behavior is.

    it would take a GREAT coach to get cousins and harden to play together. i mean you need phil to manage kobe and shaq.

    unless we can land pop, carlisle, phil out of retirement, go crawling back to adelman... i just don't see it working well.
