I was hoping with some reps under his belt he could show that he was a legit nfl starter.

I mean, it's pretty clear that the Falcons' defense is playing prevent, and is just trying to not get hurt, but Hoyer is making a few good passes.

It at least looks like a normal offense with Hoyer.

Just player Hoyer out and start Savage or Goff next year.

Man, if we can keep teams sending 3 man rushes at us with prevent defenses out there, Hoyer is good enough to move the ball.

"We are going back to Brian. Brian is a good teammate, works hard, is getting better and is just a bit more consistent."

It's nice not seeing our players drop balls now. It's nice not seeing our kicker miss the PAT.

Hoyer isnt good, but maybe BOB shouldn't have pulled him so early. Mallet has been such a massive disappointment. I know, second string, but still.

Hey, our receivers actually look good now.

Who knew that throwing an accurate ball meant fewer drops?

Easy. Just play Mallet until halftime. We might only be down 21.

    That's what I'm saying.

Hoyer is a bottom 10 QB, but at least he has a basic level of competency.

Mallet is probably out of the league after that showing.

When mallett is throwing kaepernick like fastballs to our wrs, who can blame them for the drops?

Yeah and it helps when the qb isn't throwing it 200 mph.
